We used Trail Blazer Homes to build our forever home. We absolutely love our house. Jason was the best contractor we could have asked for. Building took a little longer due to the wet winter weather, but Jason was great about keeping us updated about everything that was going on. If there was ever an issue, he made sure to do whatever he could to make it right – the people here are awesome! We will be using them again to build our pole barn. Pre-Approval from Lender
Prospective homeowners seek financial validation from lenders, ensuring their eligibility for a mortgage based on creditworthiness and income.
Floorplan Design
Whether we are fine-tuning your existing floorplan or designing from the ground up, we partner with the top designers in the area to craft not just a blueprint, but a creative fusion where dreams meet architectural precision.
Detailed Cost Analysis
This stage involves scrutinizing construction materials, labor charges, permits, and any additional expenses, a meticulous breakdown of all project expenses to provide clients with a comprehensive overview of the anticipated costs.
Submittal of Plans, Budgets & Agreement to Lender
With the groundwork laid, we move on to collaborating with the bank to secure construction loans by submitting initial floorplans, budgets & contracts for review.
Lender Closing
